I'm just sitting here this morning, drinking my coffee and reflecting on the past month. It's snowing here in WV. ( I was going to upload a picture but my computer is being silly). Anyway, I have lost 6 pounds since we came back from vacation! Yay!
I have made great improvements in my intake and I am 13 days into my 100 day challenge. I have exercised at least 20 minutes a day. I have to be honest and say that sometimes my hearts not in it, but I just go with it. What's the Nike saying??? " Just Do It. .
My goals for this week.
More water! 8 glasses a day. No excuses.lol
veggies and popcorn for after dinner snacking.
exercise at least 20 minutes a day with a goal that 3 days will be at least 40 minutes.
