One thing I have noticed is that when I'm on plan (or you can say paying attention), my snacking is almost nonexistent. It really helps me to have things to do, places to go, people to see, etc. The day flies by and voila, I am snack free. Or when I do snack, it is a handful of grapes here, a couple of carrots there, etc. Also, the later I eat dinner in the evening, the better it works out for me. So I need to keep all these things in mind as I continue my journey to a healthier me.
