Snacking Be Gone

Sunday, February 03, 2013

One thing I have noticed is that when I'm on plan (or you can say paying attention), my snacking is almost nonexistent. It really helps me to have things to do, places to go, people to see, etc. The day flies by and voila, I am snack free. Or when I do snack, it is a handful of grapes here, a couple of carrots there, etc. Also, the later I eat dinner in the evening, the better it works out for me. So I need to keep all these things in mind as I continue my journey to a healthier me.

Late dinner works for me, too. I just saw a news report about "not eating late dinner" but you have to what works best for you. Good luck.

I agree with the eating a later dinner say between 6:15 and 7:15 has worked for me to control snacking....as long as I go to bed by 10 though...
