What a nice surprise to see all the trophies/awards I received for the month of January - perfect attendance, consistency and 500 fitness minutes. Plus I got a sparkgoodie for participating in the knitting challenge (Knitters).
The community is nicer to me than I am to myself. My report card for January was poor. Of the 31 days that I tracked my food calories only 3 days was I within calorie range. 15 days I was more than 300 calories above what the calorie range is. So for February I set some parameters I want to be within goal range 50% of the time (14 days) and then I have other brackets and the number of days I can be in those brackets. However I am not to go over 2000 calories at all. I am trying to gradually reduce what seems to be my 'natural' tendency to eat more than 1800 calories daily. So I hope this is SMART and I can monitor better.
