T minus 1-week

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY... Oh how I am not looking forward to it. I have been eating HORRIBLE all week and can feel it in my body. Eating all of the crap is doing no one any good. Monday I will start fresh with fresh foods and fresh goals.

Goals for this week:
1. Drink over 60 oz of water a day
2. Journal 3x
3. Read the Bible 3x
4. Continue with the electonic downgrade in our life.
