Well I didn't do very well on entering my food onto my page from my journal. I need to do better this next week. Also, I didn't meet my workout goals ( time put in). Which I thought I thought ai was doing pretty good, but guess not. Rework my plan for next week!

    It's so hard to put aside time for working out. I know yesterday I had a goal to burn 500kcal but only ended up at 450 and just couldn't do any more! But I'm a firm believer that if you want something badly enough you will find the way to do it. I know counting calories works better for me because, if I can't find the time for an hour-long walk, I can probably find the time for 30 minutes of spinning. Good luck on your journey! Think possitive :)
