Good morning! It's been a couple of weeks since I posted so here's an update.
My physical: I got a mostly clean bill of health at my physical on Monday. Vitamin D is a little low but that's all my doc was concerned about. Nothing else on the blood work concerned her. That's a new one for me!
My weight: In the mid 160's. It's been this way for about a month. I'm not complaining! It hasn't gone up and that makes me happy. I'd like to see it get down to about 150 though.
My goal this week: To track my food every day, no matter what. And also to walk for a half hour a day at least 3 days.
