i started a little 'challenge' with a sparkie friend, to start the day with a 5-min. exercise routine, including a wake-up stretch, a 3-min. 'cardio' session, and a few further exercises (stretching, leaning and twisting) for the whole body.
first-week report back: i was entirely productive all day, all week, instead of grunging and glooming, habits i easily fall into.
i'm going to keep this up!
