to improve your wellness, what is it? Have you done it yet? If not, how soon can you get it done? Let us know once you're finished! Not only do we want to celebrate with you but you might even inspire someone else with your positive actions!!!

For me, I've already got my rutabagas cooking. Thanks to the Spark Recipe "Maple Roasted Rutabagas", veggies for breakfast have never tasted so good!!! Far more nutritious than pancakes, too!!! :-D

My biggest goal right now is to eat enough fruits and veggies each day.

    I got out and did a 5k this morning. Will be cooking healthy things this afternoon.

    I plan on doing some big time house cleaning today - just as I did yesterday. 90 minutes of scrubbing and cleaning and I'll be beat!!

    How about the exercise? I'm gonna do a light 1-hour cycle ride and will try to stay within my calorie limit.
