Exodus 4:10-15
Moses said to the LORD, "O Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue." The LORD said to him, "Who gave man his mouth? Who makes him deaf or mute? Who gives him sight or makes him blind? Is it not I, the LORD? Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say." But Moses said, "O Lord, please send someone else to do it." Then the LORD's anger burned against Moses and he said, "What about your brother, Aaron the Levite? I know he can speak well. He is already on his way to meet you, and his heart will be glad when he sees you. You shall speak to him and put words in his mouth; I will help both of you speak and will teach you what to do.

Hello guys and gals.
I have found myself not spending as much time on sparkpeople.com. I have been getting on while I am at work, but I it is getting harder to find time for spark when I am at home, other than tracking. That is one reason I didn't do a blog Friday. I want to play my guitar, play video games, play racquetball, and plan my garden. I watch my son when my wife is working, and I get to do some of the things I want but not as long as I want. There just is not enough time in the day. emoticon

I have been playing a new video game called Dust 514, and it is awesome. It is a game that is tied in with EVE Online, a game I used to play a couple years ago. It cant explain the two games and how complicated the games are. The possibilities are endless.

There are times that the Holy Spirit has pushed me to go pray for someone, or go talk to someone about Jesus. Sometimes I listen and other times I am like Moses, saying to God, "Lord I don't know how to speak to this person, or I don't have the nerve to talk to them." Sometimes we need God to send us an Aaron to speak for us, but if God is calling us to do the talking, then who are we to argue? The Holy Spirit can use a willing person whether you have what my buddy calls "5 dollar words" or you use small common talk. If it is God's will why would do we want to argue with Him? Moses did, but God had a plan and His will was going to be done. Moses asked for help and God sent him Aaron, and with that Moses was able to use Aaron's strength to give him confidence to do the talking.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for all Your faithfullness and Your guidence. Lord I ask that for forgiveness of not trusting in You fully. Lord would You please give us the strength to do Your will and what You ask of us. Thank You Lord for just being You. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

Not sure why but there is always a day before I take my walk with the LORD where I have doubts about being on GOD's path; living in the will of GOD. During my walk Jesus always helps me with this weakness and brings me back to a place of peace and joy.
When I have doubt, I am doubting that GOD is in control of all things and the outcome will be HIS WILL as long as I trust and believe in Jesus and in HIS living words promised to all HIS children. As long as I seek HIM and obey then I should have faith enough to know I am walking in HIS light on the path HE has created for me.
Thank you for the prayer and your thoughts...love reading your blogs!

Hugs

I think one of my favorite verses is Lord I believe, but help though my unbelief. I can so relate.

This is a prayer I oft have said myself. "Lord I ask for forgiveness of not trusting in You fully."

Why are we sometimes so UN-trusting? emoticon God only means everything for our good and we ought to always have the faith to thank Him no matter what befalls us. (see Jere. 29:11)

emoticon for the lesson and prayer. Blessings, Joanie
