Well this week has started off well and it keeps on going. Despite schedule setbacks and not being able to go to my favorite workout classes, I am maintianing walking at least 30 minutes every day. My bodybugg has given me the motivational kick in the butt I needed. I haven't checked into the Fitbit but as I am pretty frugal, I will stick with my bodybugg as I got it with a Groupon and whatever it measures (or the differences in respect to other gadgets), it is helping me stay accountable and on track!
Well I know this Blog journey was started with an ITC for Team Yellow and I as I have lost the reason/challenge objective for it, I have the countdown and will just keep going *L*
Please to say I managed the 12 out of 12 time at the gum for my membership discount. Bring on February! I have to go when I can because I never know when the schedule derails.
