Goals for the week of 2/3/13

My goals for the week are to.....

-make a meal plan for the week (on Sunday)

-work on being consistent with my eating (eat at least 4 times a day)

-drink at least 80oz of water everyday

-workout everyday

-track everything I eat everyday

-avoid the junk at work, sodas & fast food

-weigh myself and update my tracker
