I always, always, always listen to music when I workout. I have a bunch of playlists on my MP3 player sorted by bpm (beats per minute) and I play different ones depending on what type of workout I'm doing. I've been called anal by some of the people I workout with, but I LOVE having it sorted in a way that makes sense.
My music is mostly rock and heavy metal with a little classic rock and alternative thrown in.
Probably the most surprising song on my playlist? (And one that I play every single time I workout) is Love Today by Mika. It's a great warmup song and one that I never, ever get tired of.
Side note: I also really like Big Girl (You Are Beautiful) by Mika. It's my "feel good" song. :)
