Yesterday I went for my walk to the supermarket in my lunch break
I used the stairs and not the lift.
I didn't park far from the building at work because I was running later
I drank about 2 thirds of a litre of water - bad me!
Last night my team went to a buffet restaurant. I had planned to eat small portions of different things which I did. But I did massively over eat. It was mega tasty don't get me wrong. But i am paying for it today because I feel really bloated and dehydrated. So if I can find my black joggers I am off to walk around the block. If I can't I'm going to do a cardio exercise on here.
Goals for today:
I only get a 20 min break at work today so no walking on my lunch break:
To use the stairs and not the lift
To park away from the building
To drink 2 litres of water (which given how dehydrated I feel after last nights excesses shouldn't be difficult!)

edited to add - spent too much time wandering through the spark world this morning and now I have to get ready for work so I will try to walk to the pub this afternoon to meet my parents instead of driving!
