We had another day away today and all I wanted to do was crawl into bed when we came back home but after laying down for a few minutes, I forced myself up, grabbed a book and started walking. I knew it wasn't going to be a fast walk but I needed to get my steps in. I just feel better when I'm done. The book helps me not to think about the steps when I'm so tired. I hit my goal, barely, but I hit it.
Tomorrow, I'm setting my goal for 20,000 steps at least 3 times a week, with 15,000 steps per day on the other days. That should give me a bit more wiggle room as I slowly move up to 20,000 steps/day everyday.
