this week has been great! I lost a little over 4 pounds and spark has raised mu calorie range which makes it much easier for me to stay full & not crave things. I didnt do the greatest yesterday or today but i still did WAY better than i use to & I am planning on making several spark recipe appitizers for our Super Bowl get together tomorrow so I cant wait to try those out. Plus I completed all 3 days of my 5k training regime for this week which makes me pretty happy :)
