Today was a good day. I got my walk in, a quick mile but that was ok. I did not get anywhere near 10, 000 steps on my FitBit either. I ate well, drank my water and kept focused on my goals. AND I did not eat past 8pm-my Feb. goal
I have lost nearly 6 pounds and I am thrilled with that!
In non weight-loss related news-- my puppy babies got totally muddy-in an unreal way! So they got baths and hair cuts. The cuts were a MUST, that's how bad the mud was!!! Aside from that we just spent a lazy day around the house.
Off to bed so I will be bright eyed for church. Sundays are low key as far as workouts go--usually a couple of laps around the neighborhood. Unless it is just wonderful weather, then I might squeeze in a trip to the walking track.
