I'm not sure why, but I seem to be lacking in motivation lately. I have not been eating that well and I need to get back on track again. I did so well for so many months and then when I got sick early in January I started eating what I wanted. Now I'm having a hard time getting going again. My willpower is down and I have barely been exercising. I have scheduled a tai chi class for tomorrow and I went shopping tonight for a new yoga outfit. I am hoping that going back to the gym helps me to be more careful about what I am eating too. Any advice for getting back into full swing again would be helpful. Thanks for reading.
