Alright, so first Mini-Goal achieved, I didn't plan it to happen that fast (XD). Anyway, I guess it's time to make my second Mini-Goal. Hopefully this one will go as well as the first did.
130lbs by Spring Break (March 9th)
Another weight-based goal. To go along with that one, I think I'm going to start training to run a 5k. I'm not sure if I'll ever actually run one, but I want to be able to so there's another goal. I'm not even sure how long I can run for right now because I generally like to use the elliptical trainer instead of the treadmill, I guess I'll find that one out on Monday (tomorrow is my recovery day). After I figure out where I'm starting, I'll come up with some sort of a goal date.
(Once again, I couldn't think of a good title. I'm watching Swan Princess right now, one of my favorite cartoons.)
