I've started taking Raspberry Ketones and I figure if Dr. Oz says that they will help reduce fat, then I've got nothing to lose by trying them (except for some money & hopefully poundage). Today is day 2 of taking the supplement. I've got 6 months before hitting 40 and I would like to be in a healthy BMI range by then. My bmi is currently 29, I would like to lose 20 pounds to be in a normal bmi range, then I would be within 15 pounds of my goal weight. I guess we will see how it goes.
Update: 5/8/2013 - Started again giving the ketones a chance. I didn't make it very far on my first attempt (lots of excuses, but no really GOOD ones). I feel like I can really commit to taking them now since I have my summer off to focus on myself and my family. Looking forward to seeing how well the Raspberry ketones work, started taking them yesterday (5/7/2013).
