In a good way.
I gave blood today.
I always feel good about that.

I feel good that I'm blessed with health that lets me be a renewable resource : ) I feel good that I'm able to get to a blood donor clinic every 8 weeks so I can give regularly--all my working career I wasn't able to get to clinics as they were always on week days and 100 miles away from where we live. I feel good that somebody will survive some trauma because I had something to give today.

Life is good : )

Wish I could still give, but my veins just gave up. They even have to take blood from the back of my hand for blood tests.

But when I could, I gave every 8 weeks, too. Always made me feel good.
