Well I finally made it to the gym today .. after many days of being sore from doing too much ...
This time I did 10 minutes on the bicycle, 10 minutes on the cross trainer and 10 minutes on the treadmill
Then 15 minutes of strength training .. I also programmed them for fatburning level and based on my size and age it was manageable ... It was kind of funny that I found the cross trainer settings slow however it was still difficult to do as there was more resistance .. but it was kind of nice to be told "slow down" lol
Which I do very well... ;)
I realized that when I do too much on one machine like I was doing on the treadmill that i was too hard on my body .. this was a much better plan and I got more of a full body work out ..
