Last Chance Workout

So I kind of stole an idea from The Biggest Loser. Since it is the end of the week I decided to really push myself today. Similar to their last chance workout but not as intense. I pushed myself to a new level.
I added 2 minutes to my elliptical time (a huge achievement for me) and even went at a faster speed for the last minute. It felt great!
I really wanted to make this workout count. I wanted to go to bed tonight knowing that I gave it my all and I did. I usually weigh myself on Sundays, and I wasn't going to do it tomorrow since it is that TOM. But, since Mother Nature is on her way out and I feel great, I will definitely face the scale in the morning.
Let's hope I feel good about it in the morning
The scale and I have a love/hate relationship. I'm sure a lot of you can relate to that.
