This is the second day in a row of exercising! WooHoo! Yeah, right! I am so disgusted with myself. I get side lined with injuries (exercise related) and go into a food frenzy. My knee is feeling better, my ankle and calf are feeling better. I am trying to just bike for 30 minutes to regain my strength in my legs. I am sneaking in 100 jump ropes a day. If I feel any pain at all I will,stop the jumping and just bike. Spring is coming real soon and I won't be able to wear my camouflaging sweats and jackets! I need to get real serious!
The good thing is I am back on track with the exercise. Sunday, I plan on adding some ab work. I don't want to do so much that I am sore for 4 days. Nice and easy for the next couple of weeks!
