I decided to tackle February early in the month instead of waiting toward the end. Today is the 2nd of February, the hedgehog did not see his shadow, so we are going to have an early spring!
It's also the month for Lovers -- who could possibly forget Valentine's Day?

F = For all of you out there on your journey to better health, this blog is for YOU!

E = Even if you are near your goal, there is still room for improvement. Just beginning? That is even more exciting -- you can track your food, record in your journal, and get excited as the number on the scale goes down, and your clothing size is smaller!

B = Be consistent. It is one of the most important rules. When you start to deviate from your regular plan, you may not notice at first, but it's best to stick with the tried and true.

R = Resist temptation! If there is a favorite you feel you "must have," schedule it into your daily allotment of calories. And keep in mind the portion size. 1/2 cup of ice cream is so much better than eating half the carton. One slice of pizza -- moderation is the key!

U = Unless you are a professional athlete, chances are you aren't spending enough time on exercise! Start out small, and build up -- you'll never know your potential if you don't try!

A = As the days (and weeks) go by you may shock yourself when you try on a smaller size. Remember, nothing tastes a good as slim and fit "feels."

R = Rest assured, deciding to live a "healthy lifestyle" was the best decision you've ever made!

Y = You are important! You are loved! Live your life to the fullest, it's something your family and friends will always love you for doing! A Healthy Life is a Happy Life!
