Today's sense I will talk about is the sense of taste.
The sense of taste, what is it, do we even recognize it?
We put food in our mouths every day without even giving it a thought about what it tastes like sometimes. I watch people eat their food so fast; I wonder how they even know what they were eating much less tasting it. We need to slow down when eating & taste every bite of food we put in our mouth, savor every little bit of flavor. They say if we eat slower, chew our food more, we would eat less because our stomachs would get full faster & we would enjoy our meals more. So I dare you today, tomorrow & from then on to take your time with every bite of food you put in your mouth & see if it makes a difference. Did you eat less, how did it taste & enjoy it more?
