So officially today is day 27 of the 28 day challenge weigh in is on Monday. As of this morning I weighted in at 194.2 I need to be at 193.5 to get to my 4% goal. Ugh this is so frustrating I am literally working my but off. I know the problem is a combo if not eating enough calories which is throwing my metabolism off and I believe I am finally getting some muscles under these layers of fat. Muscle weighs more than fat so that could be affecting my weight in terms of the scale. I am losing inches though so I am happy about that. I so hope I am able to make my goal although I am not doing this challenge on Dietbet for the money I sure could use the money. So wish me luck.
