volunteered as an Usher tonight

Saturday, February 02, 2013

I volunteered as an usher tonight. The first time in over 20 years.

It was good to go back after all these years and user. Not to many that ushered way back then were there but there were a few.

I was up in the first balcony. Gosh- before I could run up and down those stairs. Not anymore. I think it is mostly the extra weight that made it so hard.

It was the symphony tonight- I enjoy some of that but tonight's not so much so I left after intermission. The music was more on the darker side. Learned stuff.

Get to do it next weekend for the musical Shrek. that should be fun!
