What a day!

This was a non stop kind of day. I was able to get the last 3 SP videos in for the January challenge, so now I am caught up and ready to start week 3. Then it was off to help my husband haul wood, then to the store, haul more wood and then finally home to make dinner. Which was delicious, venison burgers on the grill. I am guessing with everything I did today, I am going to be pretty sore tomorrow. So I think it will be a rest day, but I will still try to get some walking in :) I hope everyone one had a good weekend, and enjoy the super bowl tomorrow!

    Good idea to take that rest day. It always surprises me that I won't lose weight when I'm working out hard and yet if I get in a really good night's sleep I'll see the scale move. Not always... but enough to see a pattern. Your life seems pretty cool. My husband's family are from Northern BC so we always have moose for Christmas diinner and there are lots of chores to do outside. My current life is so different from that. I'm not quite in the city but close enough to drive in for anything we need. We get wildlife going through town like wild turkeys or wolves or fox, rabbits...and there is the occasional bear sighting and a few too many deer. It is the large birds I enjoy watching... geese and herons and eagles.
