Setting my Goals a Day Late, but at least I am doing it this month.

1. Track 2000 minutes of exercise
2. Lose 2 pounds gained
3. Keep working out with my 8 pound weights - they are still a challenge for me
4. Track my calorie intake daily -
5. Track 20000 steps in one day at least - this month -
6. Track 20 flights of steps in one day at least -
7. Track 10,000 steps 6 days per week all month -
