Ideal Protein Week 3

Finally I have made it to the promised land! The first two and a half weeks were really hard, but now I have more energy and my appetite is less. And I lost 3.4 lbs for a total of 19lbs.
The first half of the week was a struggle, and I had a Snickers peanut butter bar and a diet pepsi on Wednesday night. My coach asked me how I felt afterwards - I said 'amazing!'. Probably not what she wanted to hear, but the truth is I savoured it and I'm doing my best to hang on to that memory because it has to last me a long time.
I had a few peppermint patties at work too, so I asked the admin staff not to put anymore in the candy dish, at least for awhile.
Considering those slip ups, as well as the antibiotics I started mid-week, I am very pleased with my results. There will be no chocolate next week - let's see what I can accomplish!
My boss was out sick and didn't see me for a week. She said I looked thinner! Not smaller, or slimmer, but she used a derivative of the word thin!
Before IP, if I let myself get too hungry, I would get weak and dizzy because my blood sugar would bottom out. This week, I was hungry at work but busy working on a deadline so I didn't get to eat lunch until 1:30, and I was fine! My concentration and focus is better now too.
