2013 I started out on a new lifestyle. I have been listening more to my body and trying to eat what it needs.
This month I have lost 13 lbs and I am walking daily, recording what I am eating.
Feb. I am going to challenge myself to the virtual races on Sparkpeople. The last one I did I ran 5k in 39 mins. Today I did a 5k in 41mins. I can do it faster I know I can.
I am going to continue to limit the amount of wheat, soy, milk, eggs, peanuts, sugar and corn I eat. I am going to track and record as I eat 1 food and see how my system reacts. I already know milk is out. I am going to try eggs. I have been feeling so good that I do not miss these foods.
I have been tracking daily my food with SparkPeople. It is so easy. Continue.
Feb weight loss goal 5 lbs. Slow and steady.
