The cold is going away, but I still have a chronic cough that is keeping me from sleeping, but not from the treadmill. Logged another 34 minutes bringing my daily total minutes to 68 (Weekly 309 minutes against a goal of 270) and total calories burned to 543 (Weekly 2493 calories burned against a goal of 2493).
Have two more workouts on tap for tomorrow, but may only get one in. It's Superbowl Sunday, and being Sunday means I get to break from calorie counting, so its chili, wings and fried potato skins. Tommorrow is weigh in day as well and I am expecting to come in at 218. If I make 218, I eat without guilt. I'll work it off over the week.
