Just some quick motivation for the weekend.
I need to give an update on how things are going. For the month of February I have a couple of things going to keep moving forward. You know me, I never want to get too comfortable. Otherwise I will get bored and that scale won't budge!
February Goals Update:
Miles Run 4.43/50
Push Ups 65/1,000
Sit Ups/Crunches 130/2,500
Better Sleep Challenge 1/4 Weeks
Around the World in 28 Days 70 Mile/Minutes complete
I am looking forward to spring and I plan to work my butt off to make sure I'm ready for it!

I haven't always been motivated and it's not a guarantee that I will stay this way, but I will keep going forward! I must.
