January 2013

Saturday, February 02, 2013

I've started over several times but have never given up. With that in mind I restarted on January 9, 2013 @ 305.2 pounds and I am now @ 298.0 on January 29, 2013. I lost 7.2 pounds since Jan. 9. I am still exercising regularly, a little at a time, but I'm not eating like I should. I've always had a hard time with not eating during the day and piging out at night but not with exercising. I'm kinda backwards from most everyone else I know.
Also in January, I started on a new depression medicine and it is working wonderfully. I'm much happier and doing really well. I'm still sleeping a lot but it is going to have to change soon.
Work has become a much happier and healthier environment just in the past 2 weeks. I think that I'm finally gaining the recognition that I've have always deserved.
Hope everyone elses January's were full of happy, healthy decisions and may February be even better.

So glad to hear that you haven't given up! It can be tough sometimes to keep going; I had a year where I was basically in stasis even though I wanted to get fitter. Also glad to hear that everything else is doing better. :)

I pretty much gave up last year, and officially started back on Jan 1 (not doing all that great, but I'm not giving up this time.) My biggest problem is the food. I'm not into all the healthy foods and I don't cook so I have to eat what my husband cooks, and I don't want to complain cause than he will make me start cooking and that just isn't going to happen for me. Me and cooking are not best friends at all, something always goes wrong.

I'm glad the depression meds are working for you. Everyone deserves happiness in their life and I'm glad things are going well for you at your job as well, because we spend more time there than we do at home with our families.

Great job and keep it up. emoticon
