Oh my... I can't believe that January is gone! I feel like I missed an entire month.
Okay enough with the shock and awe, let's call it what it is: I have procrastinated away ONE whole month.
I've done the bare minimum. I've put in the time true enough, but not the effort.
The news is not all bad, I did manage to lose 5 lbs. Yea ME!
So with this in mind, February needs some goals:
Feb. 13th is recognized as "ASH" Wednesday: Regardless of your belief it's a great motivator to shake off some bad habits! Here we go:
I will eliminate soda
I will eliminate "real" sugar & severely limit my "Splenda"
I will exchange "bare minimum" for "pushing the limits"
I will eliminate fast foods that are not "plan friendly"
Wednesdays will be "Daniel fast" day!
My goal for February will be to lose 7 lbs (raising the 5 set in Jan.)
Psalms 39:13 (KJV) 13 O spare me, that I may recover strength, before I go hence, and be no more.
