Strength Training

Okay, I know that I am one of those people who needs to do her fitness early in the day...otherwise it might be missed due to scheduling or because of being tired, or whatever other excuse people tend to conjure up as the day wears on. So lately I have been going for a walk at lunch time. Now I need to incorporate in some strength training. That has proven to be a bit more tricky. But I think that I finally have this figured out. I just set a small goal for now! I know that small steps make a big difference so if I start out with just 10 minutes of strength training just two days a week, I will be on my way to success. If I end up doing 20 minutes or more days a week, good for me! Yesterday I did ten minutes of upper body/arms. Today I did 10 minutes of lower body. I want to keep my momentum going because I need to build muscle! This goal is easily attainable and I will add to it later once I establish this as a good habit!
