Weekends are the hardest for me. I tend to do good all week long and when the weekends comes i get very lazy and eat tons of stuff. I dont know why and do that and it drives me up the wall. I am trying to do my best on the weekends but cant. I hope i can get some suggestion on what to do or what will help me out for the weekends.

    You're definitely not alone with weekends and getting off track. Just remember the difference between the two. Plan for more activity on the weekend. Good luck. emoticon
