-103, 858 steps taken over the course of the week
-Minimum 8 glasses of water a day' most of the time getting around 10
-Average of 3 miles done on the treadmill per day
That being said, today was an especially good day. Went over to my neighbor's for breakfast, came home and spent 1.5 hours on the treadmill going 6.66 miles before getting my strength training in. Then did some work in my mom's office before getting my hommework done and spending the rest of the day reading.
Today's accomplishments:
-9 glasses of water drunk
-For every glass I had 1 freggie :)
-Stayed within my calorie range.
So proud of myself this week. Go, me! :)
