decided to weigh myself for the first time in forever.well to log it here because I fluctuated up frm my weight here and didnt want to move it up...but its ok ..so im 191,my lowest weight i remember was in tenth grade (24 yrs ago)-185 lbs... I was 16 and I thought I was HUGE..ugh
I was down to 188 last week and i have a pebble motivational jar so I'm waiting to hit 187
worked out tonight first time since the first of jan i think..ive been so stressed,and TIRED.Gonna try to change that-so..there...logged my workout..and logged my short term goal-----to reach 184 by next weekend....2/10/13
(which is also my anniversary of dating my husband-7th :) So if I reach it TWO reasons to celebrate!
