Started out the day yesterday with all the best of intentions, then my boss walked in with an Apple Fritter. Didn't need to eat the whole thing, but I did. Had a good for me lunch, so wasn't feeling all that guilty, but then came Date Night. Should not have eaten all those tortilla chips! Was way over on calorie count and way under on my exercise. Did not accomplish my 10 minutes
Today I am going to be much better. Started my day with my yogurt and strict orders to my husband - no Saturday donuts !! Thankfully he listened. Double portion of salad for lunch and a bowl of grapes. Not sure what I am going to throw together for dinner yet, but I promise myself that it will be good for me foods in the correct portion size.
Now to go down and complete my daily workout!
