Ok peeps, not really much to report this week. Lost about 3.5 lbs, but I'm just begging my body to get out of the 320s at this point.

I'll be posting another blog about my possible over training for a BLC blog later this week. I think I have discovered that I am though!

I did manage to get all of my water every day (I'm about to finish today's with dinner, which I haven't had yet lol) and I've been good about not eating when I'm not hungry. I managed to not go downstairs for like the last 3 or 4 hours I was up to find something to munch on!! I was very surprised with myself.

Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far!!! :-D emoticon
