Goals for this Week

1) Drink water. Stay way from any sort of pop.

2) Exercise: do the stairs and walking the floors of apartment complex 1 in the morning and once in the afternoon. About 50 minutes total

3) Make sure I eat more vegetables

    Giving up pop is hard; but so is being overweight. I know you can give it up!
