Fresh February

First of all I need to say that Stinamarie totally gave me this idea for a blog. She made some February goals and I decided that I needed some too.

So here they are:
1.) I'm not going to give up on a day because I ate something really bad. I'm going to make the next choice that day a good one.

2.) Get up and work out in the morning for at least 30 minutes 6 days a week. (I need to amp my my work out routine)

3.) Lose a pants size. ( I want my damn jeans back!!)

Now That i have written this down i can look back and see how I did.

    Think of Feb 1 as the New Year #2 and start all over again. New Resolutions with new goals. My #1 goal is to go as many weeks as I can with a loss. So far I have gone since Oct 4 with a loss registered every week on my Weight Watcher. I am determined to go as many weeks as I can. I know I can keep going if I just work at it.

    Good and attainable goals. I'm with you on the pants; I really miss a nice blue pair that are about two sizes away from me. Good luck with your goals; you can and will accomplish them if you set your mind to it.
