First of all I need to say that Stinamarie totally gave me this idea for a blog. She made some February goals and I decided that I needed some too.
So here they are:
1.) I'm not going to give up on a day because I ate something really bad. I'm going to make the next choice that day a good one.
2.) Get up and work out in the morning for at least 30 minutes 6 days a week. (I need to amp my my work out routine)
3.) Lose a pants size. ( I want my damn jeans back!!)
Now That i have written this down i can look back and see how I did.
