Strength Training & Feeling Somewhat Better

Well, I think my neck is starting to finally work itself out. Granted I've been on pain meds and msucle relaxers around the clock since Thursday, I am starting to notice a difference.

I had planned to get on the treadmill today but just have felt really tired lately. I think its mainly because I've not slept well in the last few weeks. So, instead I decided to get some strength training in. Hey, some exercise is better then nothing.

Hoping tomorrow I'll wake up feeling like my old self again.

    I'm glad your neck is starting to feel better! Do you ever see a chiropractor? I hurt my neck once, and by some back adjustments and other exercises, they were able to improve my neck SO much! I hope today you woke up and felt like your old self! :-) WTG on getting in some ST!!! You're right - some is better than none!! Keep it up!!
