down 6 pounds and 13.3 inches :0).
I am pretty much on schedule as my plan is to lose 1-2 pounds a week.
I remind myself daily this is a life ling commitment. Though there are days I simply choose to believe the negative instead.
the scale does not move fast enough for me
the tape measure should say MORE inches
I should be free to eat whatever I want with no consequences
I will never make it to my goals because I get "so" far and then quit
ALL LIES...but I have bought into them for a long time. I am hoping and praying that I will not listen to the whispers of inadequacy and keep focused!
Spark Coach is *fun* with it's bells and whistles, but not worth the $8 at this time. So, the free choice is for me!
February is a short month so my goals for this month will be short and to the point:
1. Continue to walk 45 min a day 5 days a week
2. Continue to plan, prepare, and journal my healthy food choices...AND the not so healthy ones 0_0!
3. Continue to check in with SP every day!
My one added goal is this:
To join the YMCA sometime mid-Feb and get to it a few times a week with my boys!
