I sure hope that I can! My son offered to take me out for lunch to the Chinese buffet. Now why do I always think that this can't be too bad for me? I did try to eat sensibly. This evening DH is working late so I am on my own for dinner. That's probably a good thing as I can eat what will fit into my nutritional plan and he wouldn't do well with that at all!

    Sodium...yeah...it's get yeah. I went to a mexican restaurant once and the next day I gained 7 pounds. I thought NO WAY...it took me almost a week to lose it. I was just shocked and sickened.
That was my first intro to taking a day off and what the effects were. Now I make smarter choices when I go out.
Love Mexican but for a time....I chose to skip it.

    Good luck with the Chinese food! You will find out when you weigh yourself tomorrow how much sodium is in their food. Some of the places around us use too much salt, but it is temporary. It can give you a shock though! I found a Chinese place by DD's that seemed to be healthy, but it is getting dirtier in appearance, so I don't go there anymore. The food was fantastic too! So sad.
