I can't believe I'm about to type this, but....Angie was not so bad!
Did I complete all 400 reps in the 20 minute time cap...no. But, I came close @ 339! My pull ups, the bane of my CF existence, did me in...only finishing 39 of the 100.
My saving grace was that Pete permitted me to do Angie in reverse. So instead of starting with pull ups, I started with squats. This modification allowed me to move quickly through the exercises where I am stronger instead of blowing all my energy and time on my weakest!
For my 1st attempt @ Angie, I'm surprised at how far I went. I can't wait to see how much I improve the next time Angie is programmed. If I can get through 65 pull ups, I will be overjoyed.
It's as the CF slogan says...
