Had a good workout today. Really got into it. Although I had to skip the jumping jacks part. I think I accidentally slept on my shoulder wrong two days ago. I have a huge knot in it that I can't get worked out. I looked at my Insanity calendar and realized I don't actually have a fit test this Monday. It looks like I do the Core Cardio & Balance workout for the full six days. Then I do the Max Interval Circuit and Fit test the following Monday. I am still going to weigh in Monday or Tuesday. Like I said I am crossing my fingers I am in the 180's!
Today my husband and I went out for pho for the first time. I have never been to a Vietnamese restaurant before and it was awesome. Very tasty and filling! Since we are only allowed to eat out twice a month (every other weekend) we have been going out and trying a lot of new things instead of the usual burger and fries, chain restaurants, or sports bars. I will definitely be going again!
