The SP cookbook is magic!

Last week every meal I ate or made came from the Sparkpeople cookbook. I was never hungry afterward nor wanted snacks or dessert. For exampe, if I wanted something chocolatey I would have a diet cocoa. I got on the scale this morning and was down 3 lbs! I never want to give this cookbook up emoticon

    Way 2 GO! Stay low on the sugar and pile on the Fiber please!

I hate being hungry but can't stand to see the calorie total for the day keep climbing.... fruit and veggies are my staple!
