Great classes this morning! Big Changes new and old members all lost weight!! Up to 7 1/2 pounds by one of the newbies!! Great start for them!!

I had an amazing dance lesson tonight. I looked like I new what I was doing!! LOL

Game Plan:
10 mile run
client
dance practice
dance lesson with Marta
pick up the boys!
chilling at home with the family!!

Positives:
1. Great time with fitness classes
2. Proud of the Big Changes group!!
3. Great dance lesson on Waltz tonight
